I stay up to date with the latest technology. Using "Docusign", most paper work (contracts, amendments, etc) can be signed and submitted electronically keeping faxes or scanned documents to a minimum.
Using Microsoft Outlook calendar, I keep everyone involved in a transaction updated with an electronic "activity report" which includes attached transaction documents and contact information for all parties.
One of the greatest compliments a client once gave me is, "you not only follow up but you follow through!"

After UNDERSTANDING what criteria you desire in a home, I will search the market. I will send any listing I feel may be of interest. I will set up your own personalized "gateway". You will be notified daily of any new or changed listings that meet your requested criteria. There, you will be able to save particular homes to categories. You can leave comments for me about any home on your gateway. I can leave notes for you there as well. I'll take you on a property tour of homes you are interested in. Once we find your home, I will research the market for comparables and share with you all the information I can gather so that you can make an educated offer. I will keep you informed every step of the way, from contract to closing, and beyond.
LEASE
Looking for Lofts, Townhomes, Apartments, HiRises or Single Family homes to lease? I can help find one for you. You can search for yourself, [Residential Leases], and call me for availability and to tour, or contact me for recommendations that meet your criteria. I'm happy to help!
SELLERS
As your Seller's Agent, I will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis as well as assist you in making an informed decision on your listing price. I will be resourceful and creative, utilizing various media to promote your home. I will assist you in negotiations upon receiving a sales contract and do everything in my power to assure a smooth and expedient closing.
If you're planning to sell your home in the next few months, this service is designed to help establish your home's current market value. Simply choose, Request CMA, and fill out the requested information. I will use comparable sold listings to help you calculate the fair market value of your home.
Personal
Long brings years of television production experience to her real estate practice. As a former audio/video engineer for both Telemundo and FOX Television in Houston, Long honed her skills "making people look good" in front of the camera.
